Orders

How do I track my order?

You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal, Affirm or any Williams-Sonoma Brand Gift Card.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. Express orders placed after 9am PT ship the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

For Front Door Shipping, shipping and processing charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. If available, next day delivery incurs an additional charge.

For Truck Delivery, unlimited flat rate shipping and processing charges are based on the distance from our warehouse to the shipping address, as well as order total.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, customers can select their country, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided accordingly.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 30 days of your order's ship date.In-person returns at any of our stores* or a participating Happy Returns Bar are free. Mail-in returns incur a $5 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund. 

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed. We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.

How do I start a return?

For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

We want you to be able to get something you love, so we're happy to assist you in discreetly swapping out your gift. You can return any eligible item you received as a gift with no shipping label fee in exchange for store credit.
